Is it a Magic? Will it be fantastic?

Recently, I have gone through intensive discussion and sharing on the issues around AIESEC.
I indeed like the diversity of individuals which can create a lot of synergy and clarity to the organization, yet we have different levels of understanding and questions.

As one of good ways to solve problems or create changes or build vision/ common goals, we normally set a desired outcome or picture first and then lay down WHEN, HOW and WHAT to implement and achieve by time. This is somewhat I learnt in AIESEC and truly exercise this concept.

Yesterday, I went to JCI office for about 10 minutes, yes 10 minutes only. The objective is to take a look on the office to see if there is any question or concern. I spent about 20 seconds on this task while the remaining 9 mins 40s was talking to the executive board members in JCI HK. Just within this while, I feel the energy, passion, commitment and diversity of JCI HK. The people devote their time even though with busy works and loads of commitment outside. This immediately made me think about our organization. Will it be cool to have such a group of alumni in each LC and MC to meet regularly for the sake of organization development related to alumni? Understanding about what the organization directions are and  thinking about what can they, as representative of alumni pool, do for the youth leadership development.

With commitment, loads of fun, strong network among the alumni group, the organization can definitely be benefited due to this supportive alumni. So, when will this be realized? Is it cool indeed? I think this is just part of the ideal picture our organization has.

New Time, New Life

Suddenly wake up at 5:40am today !!!!!

--> checked out e-mail box for about half and hour and then go to Pokfulam Reservoir to jog!

--> and then take a bath and changed.

--> enjoy my sandwiches with orange juice

--> packed up and arrive in MC office to start a new working life. Gonna be a fruitful day............!!!!!!!

I believe that there will be similar life in my future..... keep myself balanced and energetic, very simple way to achieve. Stay disciplined and being aware!!!

Sat night, meet old friends to chat and enjoy the night with them. Time flies, something really unexpected happened which I shall be happy or not? Anyway, as mentioned, no regret and be happy is important in one's life. No matter what decision you made, I will respect and support you!!!!

Miss the days we have together !!!

Is that True?

Come on, I can't imagine that!!!

while(true){cout<<"wrong"<<endl;}

Please not happen again!!! Thanks god!!

This is about Management, not leadership at all! Leadership inside cannot have this recurring scenario !!!

Try to understand more! But as what my previous warden, Albert, told, "If you make failure/ mistake once, you are ignorant, BUT, if you make the same faliure/ mistake in the second time or even more, it is definitely shameless."

Thanks Albert!!!

I am a Provider?

Cyrus, your destiny is to be a Provider

Whether you know it or not, this is the role that is most in tune with who you are at your core. As a Provider, you have a genuine nurturing concern for the welfare of others and you're eager to serve them. You can recognize exactly what people need and your friendly, helpful, social nature makes them feel comforted. With your kind and generous heart, you are personable, talkative, and outward with your emotions, and your openness and sensitivity makes you concerned about the way others view you. Along these lines, be careful not to blame yourself when things go wrong. You cannot prevent bad things from happening, even though your tendency to be orderly with a strong sense of right and wrong may lead you to believe you can. Accept that you do what you can to take care of things and that this will get you far in the world.
